at 125K ls1 should be in good condition, im on my second high mileage ls1 and it runs strong still (130K miles). So well in fact, im considering an H/C setup in near future

High miles??? my 01 z/28 had 274,000 on it when I sold it. It ran just as smooth as my 28,000 mile 00' z/28. No smoking, knocking, noises, or leaks. I wouldn't be worried about the miles. If it was taken car of... your good. The price is kinda high though, offer him $5400 cash.
