Throttle Stuck Open By Random Screw

On the way to an Auto-X event this morning my WS6 decided it wanted to be a Toyota. My throttle became stuck wide open! I shut off the ignition and rolled safely to the side of the highway. I opened the hood and found that a black hex head screw had become lodged between the throttle body stop and the big spring and was keeping the cable in tension.
I removed the screw and every thing is back to normal. Now I am wondering where this screw came from?!? I have looked all around the throttle body and the rest of the engine bay and cannot find any open threaded holes. I read about the "throttle screw" coming loose, but mine is still in place (threads seen projecting vertically through the stop just below the loose screw in pic).
Anybody recognize where this screw could have come from?

Yeah that looks like an interior screw. They're used all over the dash, center console, trim panels, etc. That particular one actually looks like one I snapped earlier that goes in the linkage for the window motor. It had the same washer too...

Thanks guys for the feedback. Never did find it's original home, but feel comfortable that this screw isn't important and I can forget about it.
BTW, here's what it made me miss out on.....

Ach. That's a huge bummer. Great video, though!
The screw could have just as easily been kicked up off the highway. At least you didn't catch it in your tire.
Also, it's cool that you knew what to do when your car wouldn't stop revving. The Toyota "drivers" did not. Hit the clutch, kill the engine, pull over. Oh, that's right. Prii don't have clutches.
