Brought my car home 6/01/11 paid 9k.
Since then
Nitrous Outlet Kit- $1200
FAST 102 and 92 MM throttle body- $1300
Dyno Tune- $500
Driveshaft- $500
Fikse FM5's powdercoated and tires- $2500
Add in what the previous owner has invested and it's a whole, whole lot.

Give or take a couple bucks here or there:
Longtubes/Y: $350 (sold original cats)
Wheels and Tires: $225 (sold stockers)
Yank 3500 Stall and cooler: $250
3.73'd rear end: $175 (sold stocker)
= $1000
My sweet Thunder muffler brings it up another 60ish.
The car itself was $6,250 with 70k on the clock back in early '08.
Total is about $7,310.
Selling stock **** to subsidize costs counts.
Needless to say, I don't buy it unless it's a steal. I've also got a set of Sportlines I paid $100 for, but they aren't on anymore. The only thing bought brand new were the Pacesetters, but they were on sale. I'm too cheap and broke to spend a lot of money on this car. Haven't been to the track with the stall and gears (after almost three years).
