some water or bleach will make it easier. simulate a track burnout. go through whatever you put down hit the gas as youre going over it. then stop. put your foot on the brake just enough to keep your car still then slowly give it gas and watch a cloud of smoke.

You should be able to apply some brake and then slowly ease into the throttle. If you start moving you can apply more brake pressure until you're frying your tires. It could be an issue with torque management or some other trans problem if you can't... even a stock A4 should be able to roast the tires no sweat. I can do it in my '02 Z28 A4 without any problems and I'm still running a stock stall.

If you're not nearly floored in an Auto, many times it will stay at lower RPM so it doesn't shift gears. Try absolutely flooring it, and it will fly up towards redline, into the next gear, and make a ton of smoke

you shouldnt be having that issue.. mine does it no problem. like said earlier, just step on the brake and then the gas pedal. it shouldnt be keeping you at the low rpms no matter how easy you put on the gas

Umm... just floor it. It should spin the tires all day long.

floor it and its not gonna sit there and spin which is what hes wanting judging by his post. Have you tried to floor it first getting some spin started then putting on the brakes?

This was when I was Stock, Lid, 3600 Stall, No tune, and street tires. That was it.

You can ROAST! them, if you look closely, I was even burning them out in 2nd, when I let off.

prob going into 2nd gear and bogging down...

wot that mother in first gear on the brakes, let it tap the rev limiter one good time at least, then switch to 2nd and let off the brake and hold it wide open. It will waste your tires

this car had a 5.3 swap and 20x10s on the back

this one had a 5.3 too...and it would rip them off

Ya I know the torque management on my truck limits the RPMs but if I fully floor it gets them higher and gets the tires spinning enough to get them hot.
