I have a very low mileage LS1 car that sits a lot.....14 years old, only 16k miles. It has no problems, I take it out every few weeks during the on-season, to car shows. The car drives great, just like when it was new. But I'm very serious about proper care for a seldom driven car....many people who leave them sit are not.
I would definitely rather have a 10k mile ~10 year old car than a 100k mile ~10 year old car, assuming the 10k mile car was properly cared for during it's life (fluid maintenance, occasionally driven during nice weather, fuel kept properly treated with Stabil, etc).
I would be somewhat wary of a super low mileage car that hasn't been driven for many years though.
A low mileage car can have issues due to neglect; a high(er) mileage car can have issues due to parts simply wearing out. There is no guaranty either way, but what's nice about the significantly lower mileage cars is that their phsyical condition is usually much better.

realize to go fast adding unnecessary weight is pointless theres a diff between goin fast and being quick.....ruining a F-body is utterly pointless leave that to the classic guys that put 22's on a fbody makes me wanna shoot myself heads/cam/Lts/exhaust/lid/intake mani/TB/tune will make u pretty quick
Ccw's are real nice but get classics or lm's
if u want a loud exhaust that says F U jus get a slp loudmouth u can **** off enough people with it lol just my 2 cents but purely ur choice

this car will just be a DD when i get older im going to get another one and do it up and make it for the track but that's long away and i just found out i don't need exhaust if i get this one the guy apparently changed it. also 22's on a f body or any car is ridiculous and people that dumb should not drive. i don't want to add to much hp since this is my first car and i don't need to wreck it or flip iti think between 350-400 is good enough especially for a first car that's a DD

I would do number 6 because it is hot out now, and easier to adhere to the window, then number three cause exhaust is a must then lower it then wheels, all while looking for a cheap lid, and scratch the loud sound system idea cause that always gets old

It's all fun and games until the newbie wraps his 3k miles WS6 around a pole. Not like I've seen anything similar happen with a 16 year old and a quick street car.
OP: skip the stereo. Get exhaust first, and you'll find that listening to the beautiful symphony only 8 cylinders can play is much better than bumping your mad-tight-swagg subs to the latest Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka. Hell, when I bought my car I tore the subwoofer/amp out of it.
