Good morning every-one!
Sorry for the long delay. I had some personal matters to attend to last week, so that lead to keeping the community out of the loop on our intake project.
We are currently done with plotting an OEM intake for mounting points, and have developed some ideas into a 3D model. We have a couple of ideas on how to manufacture it. We of course will keep you posted, eventually posting a "final" assembly of such an item.
Thanks,
Kyle

A final result of the model could be around 2 months still. While the intake is an important project, we still get slowed down by everyday activities. Please remember when designing a brand new product from scratch, especially one as important as an intake manifold, it does take a considerable amount of time.
Thanks,
Kyle

Take your time, do it right, and thanks for keeping us informed. Sure, we all want a new intake that makes more power, for the same or less than a FAST, and we want it now, but we should all understand that things take time to do right.
I like the progress updates, even if it's just to say, 'hey, we haven't forgotten, but haven't made much progress'.

Thanks for showing interest in the intake as well. Naturally we want to get this done as well, but this past month has been more hectic then predicted.
Thanks,
Kyle

Another update! We've gone much further between updates because of how busy we've been. The fabrication department just moved down the street to a new bigger facility. It is almost at 100% so I hope that the overwhelming process of the move will help us focus on these smaller projects for the LS1tech community.
A review of our status.
We currently have all the information need to start the development process
All dimensions needed are measured and documented.
Several rough drafts have been played with, but nothing for development yet
We will continue on this project further this coming month. I appreciate the patience!
Thanks,
Kyle Higgins
