Default Car smokes on decel after a pull

Hey guys wondering if you could help me identify whats going on...

Probably oil ponding up in the heads at high RPM and
getting sucked back into the intake runner through
worn valve stem seals when vacuum comes up high
on throttle drop.

Mine did the same thing a few years ago when my car had about 75,000 miles on it. Just has full bolt ons and a tune from Frost. We got it on the dyno and the operator does a pull to redline and lets off the throttle and some smoke came out of my exhaust.

If you're lucky, valve stem seals alone could do it
and can be installed from the top, no teardown.
Just have to pull the springs and keep the valves from
dropping (rope trick?).

It's cheap to try, at least - if it helps only temporarily
(like until seals harden some) then you'd have to
pull heads and get fresh guides (and perhaps dress
them with the die grinder if you had ported heads).
