Default 4th gen-plug in passenger side radiator tank blew out - whats the fix?

Some kind of plug blew out of the trans cooler tank in my 98 ls1 Camaro the other day. Dealer or parts store didn't have a clue. Every radiator I checked in the junkyard as missing this plug or what ever it is. I never noticed it before. Does anybody know gm pn or how to fix. Common problem?

Maybe this radiator is a LT1 swap-in, or something?
Those had extra nipples that need plugged, to use.

Yup, it sounds like an lt1 radiator. They have the an extra hole for a coolant sensor.

Its a coolant sensor that goes into the port on a lt1 radiator. I had to buy the sensor myself to plug it when I did the lt1 radiator swap.
