What are you swapping? You like turbos or superchargers/blowers? There’s many different ways to get there. We are doing those kinds of numbers N/A but drivability and reliability aren’t at the top of the list. You can get there with boost for $2-$3k and be as smooth as butter. N/A will cost you $30k and be a race only type of deal, if you know what I mean.

no i'm more of turbo guy, plus that i want to know what exactly do i need to upgrade the internals (pistons, cranks, etc.) because i will order all the modifications at the same time, so what do you recommend?

my advice: figure out what you want to do with the car, and how much you want to spend. Then call a good, reliable engine builder and ask them.
Some here will say a stock bottom end is enough. And it may be for some applications.
Others will say add cubes and forge everything. That is also correct for some applications.

figure out what weight youre trying to run at. you already know what numbers you want (btw, $$$). after that, i would actually learn something about what youre attempting to do. unless you want a bought car that you know next to nothing about.
