Aside from having the same steering column as a 3rd gen, stuffing the motor in the dashboard, weak 10 bolts, the ususal cupholder complaint, these cars respond very well to mods... it is always fun to beat up on Mustangs - especially the older Saleens with the S281 motors - we can still beat 'em... I'd say about a 9.75 or so. Out of the 365 days a year there are only maybe 5 days that I wish I had something else. But when I have the oppurtunity to sell it and get something else, I laugh out loud and tell whoever it is, that there is no way I'd get rid of her

i gave the car a 9/10 but that is for the car when i bought it. i give it a 4/10 rite now cause of the fact that i ripped second gear out of the tranny. but when that gets fixed it will be back to a 9/10.

Absolute 10... I've always wanted one.

I love the speed.
I love the way it throws you back in your seat.
I love being able to idle at highway speeds.
I love the fact that it's all original from SLP with the Bilstien Ultra Suspension Package, High Torque Auburn Differential, and ol' Lumpy the spoiler option.

I love the fact that's unique and there's only 16 other cars just like it

Too many other things to mention....

I give it an 8/10

It would be a 9/10, but I still have a headlight motor to replace.

I gave mine a 6 because of all the interior problems. I can't believe how
many people gave them a 10. Both of my interior doors are cracking
and drivers side window works sometimes. My 10 bolt is still intact, probably
because of the a4.

I love everything except for the lego quality interior and the screwed up difficultly of working on the front shocks. Near impossible to replace after you hit 95k without cutting drilling or replacing. Oh yeah, that and the chin goes WAY to far out from the front tires, plus I am a fan of IRS since I am a suspension nut.

I went 95k and the only thing problem I had was a vaccuum leak (minor), and both window motors, that and it eats front tires because of my suspension set0up.

Everything else was squeaky clean including rear-end, trans, rotors, pads (only 2 changes on the rear and 3 both time I had over half pad life left). That is because I am pretty gentile driver.

I miss my center console cupholder (A4 F-Body).

10! My car is EXACTLY what I wanted when I got bite by the F-Body bug years ago. I think it's a progressive disease. I get more obsessed with it as the days go by. When I go out to eat I try to park where I can look out the window at it. I talk about it to my GF all the time, how awesome I think it looks, how badass it sounds, etc, etc. Man she's a keeper for real! All the girls before her thought I was a dumbass over this car, but **** them, they weren't for me!

no, wider tires distribute the weight moer over a broader patch, narrower tires put a larger concentration of weight in the same spot,

Kinda like sliding down a snow hill on a trash can lid (wide tire) Vs a set of skis (narrow tire)...Whicj one do you think you have more control with.

Somethin' like that,heh...what do I know about snow anyway...I'm from Texas!!

I gave it an 8 out of 10. For the most part I love this car. But I had to deduct at least a few points for the obvious stuff:

Rattles, weak 10 bolt, weak 4L60E, passenger side hump, cheap plastic interior and expensive to mod. I probably should have rated it a little lower then 8 but then again I do love:

Exterior looks, T-tops, stock stereo kicks a$$, LS1 POWER!, 3.23's are sweet gears (IMO), SRA (because I am into drag racing) and being so receptive to mods.
