8.
Love the car, there are very few things I would trade it for (though a C5 Z06 or a C6 'Vette would be nice...). The only thing that really bothers me about it is the interior. That hard plastic drives me nuts.

The most memorable moment was the day I bought it. Was out with the wife and son, looking for a used car for him. Talked the wife into buying the T/A. Don't know how. We got to the dealership in ONE car, came home in THREE cars.

10! I catch myself staring at my car on a regular basis. I look at it as much as I look at my Playboy Lingerie calendars hanging in my office. My computer desktop pics and screen saver are my SS. And, every single time I drive it… it makes me smile. I've never felt that way about any other car. Although, I've never owned a Vette (yet). Even if I did, it wouldn't replace my SS, just merely join it.

10/10
Best moment was when I beat a cammed 5.0 I stopped at the next light. I asked him, "Is that thing stock?" He said "No" of course. Then I promptly replied, "Mine is" the LS1

Another 10 here! The 2002 Z28 is now my 5th f-body but i LOVE'EM all
1983 Firebird- 4cylinder, 4speed, NO POWER NOTHING! Only powersteer (i think, if i remember correctly) and NO A/C, but hey it was my first car, and it was an F-body!!
1991 Firebird- Woah, steppin it up to a big 3.1l (lol) That was a beautiful car, bought it in '01 with like only 76k on the clock, bonestock and well taken care of....yeah a chevy full size made a left hand turn on my green light, end of story. Sad thing is that i didn't even have it but for like 6-8 months!
1989 IROC-Z(L98) -MY dream CAR!!! Ever since i was a little kid in NY thats all i wanted was a 3rd gen Camaro, but the IROCs we just THE coolest carson the road! Bought it for $5500 in like april/may '01 with only 66k on the clock, one owner, just prstine condition. Bought a beater shortly later (86 Olds Cutlass Coupe, probably the BEST $400 ever spent on a car!!)and only had the car for 1 year and when i sold it to a good buddy of mine the mileage was 68k. She was my first garage queen And first car that got me a speeding ticket...man the first time i "opened up" the Tuned Port it was AmAzInG (for a muscle car of that era)
1997 Z28-30th Anv. Edition car. NEVER shoulda bought her(Dec. '01 again for $5500)...I learned ALOT on her (i.e. like how a gasoline engine really works lol) but man that thing just needa complete engine rebuild yes even though it only had 103k on the clock, her previous owner ( a female sheriff) didn't treat her so nicely. That car taught me how one can get in debit with modding one's car, well i still had the cutlass too so....But yeah, that was a TRUE love/hate relationship. She'd give me a couple of GREAT days and then i was gunna pay for it the next couple of weeks (or sometimes longer) ALOT of Blood, Sweat and Tears into that car, not to mention bloody knucles and MANY late nights workin on it till 2,3,4am!!
2002 Z28-Haven't even driven her yet, heck i haven't even seen her in real life but i know once i get home and open that garage door all the memories are gunna come rushing back!! MAN i can't to get back to the states! That car is the sole reason why i went into the military, when i had my LT1 car , (it seemed) EVERYBODY around me was driving LS1 cars and it drove me crazy, and it took me awhile to admit the Ellis Juan is by far the superior motor.
Not **** anyone off or nothing LT1s were pretty badass back when they debuted in 92 (same story goes for the TPIs in '85). With so many problem prone issues (or the little annyoing details, 92-95 optis diff then 96-97, 93 T/C diff from 94-95 and 96-97)and a overly complicated ignition system, the LS1 just really shines above it.
But thats my story...

I went with a 9 on my WS6 TA. I would have gotten a Vette but I needed a back seat for my 2 year old, and to me this car is to closest I could get to a C5 with a back seat. If I went with the vette, there already would have been 20 times that we would have had to take the Tahoe to a bar b que instead this summer.
I also like that hot rod feel that others spoke of. I've had older Trans Ams in the past.
