This is why you don't race on public roads, especially with oncoming traffic! Thankfully he did not kill anybody but himself.

It is indeed very sad. My respects go to his family. Boy did that SS look like a crush soda can. Let this be an example for everybody here, be safe and race responsibly where nobody is at risk except you and your opponent.

that sux... there's a risk everywhere. My cousin was lodged underneath a semi trailer when the woman driver tried to change lanes and didnt check her mirrors. The trailor caught grip after a few seconds and smashed his car just like in the fast and the furious. amazingly enough he didnt have power seats and was able to let the back down quickly so he could lay down and not get hit by the roof. He walked away with a few bruises.

sad to hear that i try not to street race and usually just go to the speed limit or a little over that usually proves to the ricers that they cant compete. There are some days i go all out though but i only do that on roads i know but i still understand there is always a big risk you break triple digits.
