What is the value of this car? 2000 Z28 A4 black with 29000 miles. Fully loaded including t tops, leather, power everything. Car will need tires shortly. Supposed to be flawless, no dents or scratches, and drives perfectly. GU5 rear
What would you expect to pay for this car if purchasing from another individual? Should it be close to retail, under or over?

Depends, check the engine bay out really good.
Check for oil around the heads and valve covers
Start the car up and watch it run, make sure they pulleys dont have any play in them and the belts are in good shape.
Listen for any unusual sounds(hissing, knocking, ticking, etc.)
Are all four tires the same type? Normally if they arent, that means the previous owner went cheap and didnt replace the full set. If thats the case, what else has he gone cheap on in the past?
Basic things like this will tell you if the car is truely worth what KBB states it is. If it isnt mechanically sound, then I wouldnt buy it.

It's only worth what someone will pay for it. Wow i musta missdead your post or you musta made a typo. Please disregard what I originally posted about miles. Go for it if the car checks out.
