Alright I have a 01 SS and 00 formula. Formula has done excellent at the track but now I want to go faster. Well the only way I can do that is selling the formy and start modding the SS or slowly add to the formy. Can't spend the money on both and I have a wife. Can I make the SS a beast w/ $4k? Would like to hear some ideas.

Could spend about $600 to $1000 on a good spray kit, hit it with a 150, and call it a day.

Goals are to run lo 11s maybe dip into the 10s N/A. 430+rwhp. I was thinking going w/ PRC 5.3 heads w/ ms3 or ms4 cam, between a 4k-4400 stall, pacesetter headers, and 4.10 gears. Doing all the work myself or at least try to.

what i would do if you are totally sure you want to sell your Formula, is de-mod the Formula and put the **** on the SS, then sell the formula and put the money from that into more go-fast parts for the SS.

I want to go big w/ the SS. The TR224 is an awesome cam but its time to upgrade.

well then take the cam out and sell it for a bigger cam. thoes heads you have will be good enough for a bigger cam. de mod and sell, and sell parts for what you want for the SS.

Just get the TSP ported LS6 heads, MS4 cam, Pacesetter headers, port your throttle body for free, tune and maybe some pulleys or nitrous and you will be set. or just go Heads, Cam, and Nitrous.
