I just hope it's a quick winter so I can break my car back out. Putting it away for the winter helps to keep my mileage in check. It had 17k on it when I bought it 2 1/2 years ago and I've put 15k on it in that time. But once we have about 2 good rains to wash that salt off the roads it'll be back out racking up the miles.

What's not fun about that?
And NC01TA put it well....to each his own!
And now the rebuttal.... lol.

To me, it'd be a real waste of my car to use it for something like sitting though a 2-3 hour commute home in bumper to bumper traffic crawling along at 10mph during a snow storm. Tell me, where the hell is the fun in that?!? I don't care what car you're driving, it's a massive pain in the ***! And frankly, I'd rather be doing it in something super comfortable, something that isn't so special to me that it hurts to see it covered in salt and rock chips, and horsepower really makes no difference in those conditions. That's what I have a full-sized, roomy, soft-ride sedan for, it's like riding out the traffic jam on your livingroom sofa.
I drive my F-body purely for fun and pleasure. It's never used as basic transportation so every drive is special, and that's by choice.

To take the analogy one step further, driving a piece of **** beater 99% of the time, even when it's nice out, is like cheating on the model with the old hag down the block that has several dozen cats and smells like mcdonald's french fries.

Got any pics of your car? Or a site link? I'd like to check it out too.

I was thinking, maybe it's better if the rest of these guys keep driving their cars year round and rack up the miles. That way super clean cars like ours will become even more of a rarity and stand out more and more all the time.
