Yep.

Picture summer time, 80 degrees, window down and enjoying a little

Here's a gratuitous pic for good measure.

Gto is a super nice all around car. nice interior lots of power good handling and decent gas mileage.

cobras are nice too. but interior is super ugly, any v8 with a supercharger on a new car better run 12's. Now if we put some wider atleast 275 tires on a gto id bet that gto would definitely be as fast as a cobra get better gas mileage and sit people WAY more comfortably. Yeah the cobra has super mod potential but then again a cammed ls2 would cost the same as a chipped and pullied cobra.

I have a friend with a cobra and no doubt they are quick but i think for a keeper the gto is a better pick.

Also dont forget that HEAVY *** clutch in those cobras is annoying.

I voted for the cobra even though i drive a 06 GTO. I think the GTO is alot nicer though IMO but i know for a fact not as fast...we not as fast to my driving skills witch i admit need some work at the track.

Cant go wrong with either, both badass cars....

Both where only made for a few years, but that styling of the Cobra (99-04 GT etc...) I see 30 times a day, and the Grand Prix GTO isn't exactly an eye catcher, but anyone who knows their cars can tell the difference pretty easy.

But under the hood, the 400hp powerplants are good for high 12's low 13's and the possibilites are endless.... good luck

(drunk posting )

If it where me, I'd take the Cobra.

jeez, what kind of tire were they running? my buddy is making 447 RWHP and 444RWTQ and he only ran a 12.5 on a BFG Drag at like 115 or 117

Picture this.. your in your Cobra thinking your all that when you see a 99 SS two cars behind you. Not wanting to get a beat down you run. As your s/c is screaming for all its worth you get passed by a n/a Camaro. Then you dont have the ***** to run from a side by side roll cause you know your only going to lose. True Story.

That being said I'd still take the Cobra. I cant stand the looks of the GTO.

Dont get you panties in a wad jrp.. err 213, I know it takes very little to mod the Cobra and as much as I hate them they are fast and a nice peice.
