It will increase your mileage for sure......o2's only have about 80,000 miles worth of peak life in em.....after that they start to get lazy & give unaccurate readings & work just enough to make the PCM think there is nothing goin on, so you won't see any codes

Are you sure you don't have a Canadian car and your odometer is reading in kilometers? 500 km = 312 miles which seems pretty typical of many of the postings here

I got just over 27mpg on my last trip that was a few hundred miles, but I don't remember how far I went, or how big the tanks are, so i don't know how far that means. At the time all I had was a catback and a lid and it helped gas mileage that much. I averaged just below 25mpg before them.

How do you know what your mpg was if you don't know how far you went or how big your tank is?

this was a straight cruising from NJ to FL and late evening so i didn't have to stop much at all except nature calls and to fill up.in town it get an ave. of 250.

more air..more power means more gas, but with the proper tuning....
i think the reason i get better mileage w/ a/c on is from the underdrive pulley. the a/c probably causes the car hp being on therefore giving me better gas mileage. that's the only thing i can figure out. on the street i get 250 to a tank depending have many times WOT comes into play.
