What would you change on your LS1?

Well... the LS1 is an engine, and a pretty good one at that, so nothing... lol J/K. The thing I wish I could change the most is the HORRID seats they decided to stuff in there. The seats are probably the main reason I am contemplating switching to a Cobra. After that it'd have to be the bland interior. It would have been nice to have a good interior. Then the build quality. Don't get my wrong, I love my car, but the squeaks and rattles get old real quick. But oh well, guess I'll just have to install TD's to get rid of that.

the 4x4 look from the factory, no true duels with LT's from the factory , less wussy steering wheel, that damn "hump" on the passanger side floorboard, better suspension and heated seats. that about covers it lol. but for some strange reason NONE of that matters when you floor it and remember the LS1 is God's chariot

i wouldnt change anything except the obvious, window motors, hump in floor.......otherwise no one could afford it. if it had a cadillac interior and better build quality, you would pay for thoes things.

I wouldn't mind seeing better brakes. Don't get me wrong, the LS1 brakes are much better than the LT1 brakes are, but it would've been sweet to have a 4-6 piston caliper option.

No question about it - a real rear end that could actually handle some power. After that it would be true duals from the factory but that's in a very distant second place.
