it must have been a very weak TT, or he was running on stock internals (low boost)... because well done TT 350's push over 500 to the wheels relatively easily...

Most of the TT kits and S/Cers ive seen at local get togthers have been on stock 350z engines and make around 380-400 rwhp. However with a properly built engine and fuel system im sure they can hit 500 with relative ease.

yea stock block VQ's can make 400+ safely with a good ems and tune...most of the 350 guys in my area have built engines though so they are in the 500+ range

Thats sick, they must haul some ***! Nicest VQ powered car I saw was a black g35 coupe running a stillen stage 3 S/C kit and a full stillen exhaust. It was lowered with some nice 18 inch black wheels with a polished lip and the car was gorgeous. Id love to see a built FI VQ though, must put down some serious numbers.

omg black you have to be one of the most annoying people on this site. All you like to do is fight. Wow sorry i was telling him that a 350 isnt that bad. Just shut up and leave this thread, you already gave your opinion on this and everyone heard it. You dont have to fight with every person that has a different opinion about this

yea one guy around here is pushing 580 to the wheels on like 15 pounds i believe( Sleeved Greddy TT), plus he can drive.. his car is one of the nicest 350's I have seen.

Way to sink to a new low. I was simply stating that it is rediculous to think that a TT 350Z will only pull a stock F-body by 2-3 cars and that you should be faster with 380whp than a stock F-body. That isn't opinion. It's fact.

He asked for honest opinions/facts. You telling him that a TT Z is only 2-3 cars faster than a stock LS1 was VERY NON-FACTUAL and I felt it needed correcting.

ok well you know what i guess ill put it into right terms. In order to beat an SS, Z28, T/A, or WS6 stock you have to pay roughly 10,000 dollars (twin turbo kit). There is that better for you

Were not talking about worlds fastest drag times, or power

It is a well built car, and isnt bad at all

OF COURSE A LS1 IS FASTER!!!!


And Ill add, I dont evne like 350Zs at all but Im not some NUT SUCKER when it comes to brands either

i totally agree but what do you expect when this is brought up in an ltx lsx forum..people are gonna say the lsx ****** roxand the 350 is a pos. Im gonna say this again, my bro has a 350 and i think it's badass. Im not hating on 350's. There totally different cars.

+1. I can go for that. I am sure plenty of queers drive all sorts of cars. I really don't care if i see a gay man in a F-body or not. I don't measure my manhood by the emblem on my hood.

George Carland (sp) put it best: "Either you suck dick or you dont. Period."

The 350Z is all-around more refined and better as a DD. Is it faster? NO. Is it expensive to make it faster? Yes.

the 350z is a ncie car. probably a great DD. but i would try to find a hardtop one. not a big fan of the convertible ones. main thing is you need to go test drive one to see if you like it.

I saw an awesome S/C'd 350Z this weekend at the track had intake Stillen or sumthin S/C full exhaust nice wheels etc...was runnin like mid 13's...Anyway he went to do a burnout but went around the water box and backed up...big mistake....he never backed fully into the burnout box and ended up tryin to do a dry burnout....next thing i know i hear a loud po and he pulls forward about 5 ft. There is 2 nice sized pieces of metal laying there were the rear end was over. The next thing i know here this tool tries to do another burnout and an even louder bang comes. this time the car wont move and there is many marble sized pieces of metal sitting under his rear or irs or what ever..Long story short..probably not the best idea to go drag racing with a modded 350z on a stock rear diff.......lol
