Dude, what the hell are you thinking? Getting a car that is a 2-seater and weighs over 3300lbs and a motor that doesn't get that much better gas mileage than your LS1. You seriously need some help

IMO.
The poll is a little confusing though. I voted "yes", but I was meaning YES you should keep the Z28.

I would say trade if if your car had higher miles and the 350Z was a manual. Since not, keep your car.
Can you make your vote and stop whoring the thread? Using cars to pick up girls is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. In fact when I go out on dates the last thing I want them to be interested in is what car I'm driving.

The car is the least of my worries. I'm more concerned that my date will find out I'm married.

That is like an Elise owner coming on here and calling your LS1 fat and clumsy. Totally apples/oranges.
IF you want a car that purrs and has no wierd noises but is lucky to hit 270whp N/A and you just dont care, get the 350Z. If you care at all about acceleration and want to stay NA, I wouldn't go near it. It is "fast" for what it is (about like a 99-04 GT or LT1 F-body), but it will never have the potential of the LS1 to go fast. Handling, however, it is pretty proficient at.
I am neutral on the looks. I would take a 350Z over a base Z28, but I would take a T/A or SS over a 350Z. The one thing I will say is the Z does not look like a 4x4. The shop that did my tint had several Z's sitting outside with some expensive rims on them (HUGE lip, not too large of a rim, very clean) and it looked GREAT. The 350Z is all-around just more refined. Comparing the two is like comparing a .22 with a .45. The .22 is easier to handle and get good groups out of, the .45 just knocks em' flat and doesn't require a brain-shot to do it. Sorta like the LS1, even a retard can hit 13's in one. (Holy crap, I'm never running mine after saying that!
)
Minus the damn stickers and I don't think this one looks too bad. (Pic taken by friend who went to NOPI)

Maybe he should stop by the 350Z forum, right next to the 15 second forum, and ask them what they think. It almost sounds like if the wants us to say to go ahead and trade it, why else would he post a thread like this. That is not going to happen here, maybe 1 or two people will side with him, but that's it.
And no, his original thread was

This place is a little biased to get a solid answer about this dont you think?? I personally drive a 300zx and I would still say keep the Camaro, which I might add Im not a huge fan of myself. The 350Z really doesnt have anything more to offer than it. The interior is very much plastic just like the camaro. With the automatic tranny that throws out all the benefit of it being a great track car over the camaro...honestly how many circuit racing cars do you see with an auto? And the killer for me....Its white. White cars are so damn blah... The only thing I see you getting from the 350Z are nicer seats and a whole lot of annoying kids trying to race you in their civics.
