hey guys, wow, thanks for all the replies! I was familiar with the road, I had already driven from santa paula to ojai, filled the tank and started back to santa paula... as for the radio, we were listening to P.O.D. at the time, I took the key out when I was getting my personals out of the car but the radio stayed on? and yes, there really should be a gaurd rail there! while I was at the yard they pointed out a nissan that landed 10 ft from me 2 days eairlier, that guy didnt make it tho. I just got new NITTO DR's in the rear and 555's in the front, the passenger says the car was unbeleiveable on the first run, we think we hit sand or something on the road and just pushed off the edge. we are both really lucky to be alive! specially because no one saw us go over. Im looking for a replacement vehicle, anyone know of a hook up or good deal on a california car?

Yea, but **** happens..I agree with sharpe here..
I spun out on Gravel that I didn't see till the last second on a Curve and took down a Street Sign with repairable damage to the Car..I was doin the speed limit..hell a State Trooper was behind me, no tickets issued.
Does that make me a Moron..or the rest of us that have wiped out on things?
**** happens..we buy these things to play with, somtimes **** gets out of control, it's the risk that we all take, even happens on the Track.
With your above statement you are basically saying that you are perfect..you abide by EVERY law..and never screw around..in that case sell the T/A..and buy a Prius.

That and he got injured and lost his car..how much more flak can you get..
