Man I'm really sorry about your car! The most important thing, however, is that you and your passenger were ok. I know it sucks that the car is gone, but it can be replaced...human life can't. Just my .02, but if you don't already go to church, I would try it because God and angels were definitely looking out for you man. Hope you find a nice replacement ride as well.

dude how the **** are you not in the hospital after that? Did you get hurt at all from the wreck? If that happened and me and my friend were ok afterwards, I would buy a geo metro and never drive fast again. You are sooooooooo lucky bro. I doubt you will get off this easy again if you crash. My friend is a firemen, and some of the crashes he showed me are much less than that, but the driver / passengers got TORE UP! In fact, my friend was driving his SUV over some ice at taco bell, hit a pole going like 15mph. The passenger banged his head and is now mildly retarded. My friend is being sued hardcore for that one.
EDIT: I did not read the whole thread, so if the owner did in fact get hurt or his friend got messed up, then please ignore my post.

Sorry bout your luck bro! Looks like its time for a 12 pt and some harnesses after seeing what happened to those seat belt guides! Be careful carving up those mountain highways with drag radials, its a whole new world with those under you.

Its too soon to know whats going to happen to the car, it was transported to a different tow yard yesterday, so I might hear something soon. There were alot of salvageable parts on that car but I dont know how it will be handled. I was thinking about a roll cage and safety harness before all this went down, it will be one of the first mods in my next f-body. Thanks for all your replies and support guys!! and gals

having the air bags go off would have been like getting punched in the face while rolling. They are designed to go off only in high impact frontal impact. Sorry bout the car, glad you made it through though. Keep it and now you can build a Resto Mod

looking at the first picture, A 10 point would of made a huge difference. Honestly a couple more rolls and you guys wouldn't be so lucky, Im glad you guys made it out without serious injuries.
