None of us bought F-bodies because of their high-quality, durable interior pieces. Be thankful that is your only problem...

Damn man that sucks. My interior is still perfect after 103k miles minus some stains in the carpet which were there when I bought it & the typical driver side seat tear..

Yes this is somewhat common. You just have to replace it. Both mirrors have fallen off on my 70K 2000 SS. It also happened on my 95Z. This generally happens when it sitting outside for a while and the heat from the sun warms up the thin metal holding the bracket causing it to break and fall off. Just one of those things.

I haven't quite deciphered it yet...is the "4" supposed to be a "F" or am I missing something?

Anyway, I did away with the sun visors on my third gen...Looks so much cooler...especially in black vinyl

Thanks for the link to fix it. It broke at the pivit arm, Looks like it just fell out not even broke. The car does sit more then I drive it and it is outside so that would make sense.

As far as the title sorry guys... I was shooting for f-bod not 4 bod. Thats what midnight shift does to you lol
