Fuel Rail Covers.

if they're talking about a car, its a Fixed roof coupe vette.. aka that hardtop vette with a trunk...

if they're talking about a part, its the fuel rail covers... the engine covers that say "corvette" or "GTO" etc.... they snap onto the fuel rails and coil pack studs....

Also, even though the C5 Z06s only came with a fixed roof, when peeps say FRC they are referring to ONLY the fixed roof LS1 engined C5s.

I think FRC Vettes were a 99 and 2000 option only. Started making Z06's in 2001 and the FRC model went away.

EDIT: They are slightly lighter than a normal vette, but have the same LS1 motor, so there really isn't any performance advantage
