What's lowest hp rating in any LSx engine in any car or truck?

As explained in post #8 in this thread I’m fitting a LS7 engine in to my AC Cobra replica. Regulations in Sweden prohibit engine power above roughly 20hp/100kg or 200hp/2200lbs in a kit car and as my car will end around that mark I will of course have problems with the stock power of my LS7 
So, what I would need is an engine number from a 4.8L 255hp LS1 from 1999, it doesn’t matter if it’s from a wrecked car or a salvage vehicle or what ever as long as it’s a valid number. I’m not going to use it for anything else than the registration procedure of my AC Cobra. If anybody have access to such a number please give it to me.
