Definitely too high. It's a 14k car tops, even with those miles. I mean, the thing is 10 model years old...

I agree, $14k would be a fair price for that car in my area as well, assuming it looks in person as perfect as a 14k mile car should look. And I don't think there is any way it could be had for less than $12k, even from a private seller.

It's getting hard to find these cars with less than 20k miles.

The car isn't worth $30k, but I don't know anyone that'll let a mint, 14k mile '98 SS go for $10k. At least not in my area. Unless they are super-hurting for cash.

If I owned that car privately, I'd list it for $14-15k and wouldn't sell it for less than $12-13. And I'm not even a dealer. I'm very confident it would bring at least $12k on a private sale in my region.
im lookin at a '98 SS M6 with 19k miles, and it looks mint. its a private owner and the guy is askin $17k obo its too rich for me unfortunately but from the pics the car looks clean enough to eat off of

If you're going to daily drive the car, there's really no point in paying a preimum to get one with such low mileage.

Look for something in the 40-70k mile range, they can usually be had for $9-12k depending on year and options. No reason to pay a show car price for something you're going to drive all the time and in bad weather, etc.

Ive been looking for a new Fbody since Sept, Good luck finding a NICE one for around BB Value. I mean sure you can find a 100K+ mile car, but to find a nice one your gonna have to take a hit.

Id say grab it

In my area I could sell a mint Low mile 98 SS like that for 15k private party..so that price for my area would be great from a dealer..but for other areas of the country it would be a little high.

I'd say it will sell quite quick if it is as nice as it looks in the pictures

In my tri-state area i could sell that car for $15,500-17,000 in less than a week. so jealous of other states prices on f-bodies.
