No really it depends on a lot of factors like your style of driving,size of cam,supporting mods.
Straight up answer, probably not unless you go wild w/ cam.

I think King Nothing got it about right, Maybe 228r or smaller on a 114 lsa Would make good power I know it feels like a beast in my car.
I cant really attest to mileage because I now have 4.56's.

Being that you are an automatic and have a stall you probably will drop a little mileage but you are already suffering in the "MPG" department anyways. Since I'm an M6 i get ~25-26MPG on avg with normal driving. Mods in sig.

Just remember that an engine is basically an air pump. Bigger the cam the more air in and the more fuel that will be needed to support it, of course there are some exceptions for more the most part bigger cam will hurt your MPG's
