Anyone know where i can find bullets for less then $40 a piece it seems like a rip off to me when i can get glass packs for under $20 a piece. I am considering running reversed glasspacks for duals any comments or suggestions if they would work well instead of bullets.

ya i know but $80 seems like a lot for two expanded and contracted pieces of pipe. i can get a chambered muffler for less a bullet. I guess it is the same deal as with the gas prices as long as we pay $3.50 a gallon it will will be that price. i was just wanting to know if i could get a pair for less then $80.

That is the description Dynomax gives to all their "straight-through" style mufflers, including their UltraFlow line. This does not make them the same as a $20 glasspack muffler. http://www.dynomax.com/products/ultrafloss.html
I would recommend not buying cheap glasspacks as they WILL blow out. You really do get what you pay for and $40 per muffler is cheap. Spend a little more and you will be happier in the long-run. There are plenty of quality mufflers out there to choose from.

Just do what I did and run a Y into only one muffler, cheaper by 50% and lighter too. Dont say you need 2 cuz I have run my lil 346 thru a single 3in bullet to 10.30s @ 133. It does not have to be loud to be quick.
Good luck to ya, Tom
