when i get stressed or upset generally its higher and out of control, and oh it is....my mom is just reassuring me everything will be ok but i was very angry and so i cried maybe when i found my car

look at the pics up top.....my z was a gift from my parents..my mom cried when she saw i was filled with too much anger to do anything....oh and the lojack was of no help since the police who looked for it didnt have the equipment to pick up its signal

I really hope it wasn't someone that knew you, that would be quite shady.
Also keep an eye open for newbies with STS kits that get on ls1tech, camaroz28, ect. Also check Ebay, craigslist, and other online market places for your parts.
Do the STSs come stamped with serial numbers?

New update:
Insurance adjuster comes over tomorrow at noon to look at the damage, I plan on buying back the car and using that money to modify the car back to what I had. My friends are helping me out and this will be my best build yet.
Today I went and bought items I can not disclose so no one will steal it again haha

just a thought, a while back there was a stereo shop that would install systems, then later those cars would get their said systems jacked. Heres my point. Did you have any of that car built at a local shop? I mean not just dyno tuning, but something where you had to drop it off and leave all your info? One of the thugs at that stereo place was noting the address of the high dollar systems and ripping them off. Yahoo maps would give them directions, its not hard. Im not saying the speed shop jacked your car, but it would be easy for one crooked ******* that worked there to tell a friend where to go..... or even make a copy of your key..... Just a thought.

Hope you had aftermarket insurance. I pay $15 premium through allstate just for this reason.

^^^ atleast you can have a slight sense of humor about it! I am very sorry that this happened it you. I think it the worst nightmare of every member. If I saw my car stripped like that I think I would have a mental breakdown...............and then want to kill! Good luck with the adjuster - I hope it works out!
