The thing is, no matter how fast your car is, you get used to it.. You can't ever be satisfied in the amount of power you have IMO

I cannot be satisfied because I go to weekly meet where so many other cars are making such big numbers power wise. It's like I told my dad that I needed to buy wheels for my car and he asks why, I said that no one even looks at your cars at car meets if you don't atleast have aftermarket wheels! Especially not Formulas, they look like V6 Birds!

Although, my Formula is my daily so 400 N/A and 500 on a 100 shot would be worthy enough of having enough power to hang with most on the streets as well as get decent gas mileage!

When I first got it 9 years ago, it was damn fast. I was 18 and thought I was unstoppable. Truthfully, there weren't a lot of cars faster than an LS1 F-body back then. But now, it feels slow to me. That will change in the next few years though. I plan on going forced induction as the car is rarely driven. When I finally get it how I want, there won't be any excuses. Should be fun!

I wanted more power even before I bought it. I had a 96 ws6 and I didn't mod it so when I bought my 02 I knew I was gonna mod it but waited until a year after I bought it so I could save some money.

i have had mine for a year and a half now. i got it in aug of 2006, i started getting used to it then it went away for a few months cuz of winter. when it came out in the spring it felt like a whole new car again. then i got used to it again this year, but no money starting college, so it stayed stock except a lid. its in hibernation now, but its def getting headers and proly true duals as well this summer, after i get used to it again this spring

My car is not near fast enough for me, even now. And its gone from bone stock to what it is inside of 6 months. And I dont mean that I've gotten used to the power. I mean that every step i did hasn't been enough. I dont think I'll really be happy till 600rwhp. Then maybe I'll stop just long enough to get used to it before moving up

i got tired of it within a year. Kept it for a little more than 2. It was my first car though, so I "grew" into it somewhat.

mine was after the first week or so when I had my z, started with a lid, exhaust and tune, after that I couldnt afford the insurance with about a ticket every two weeks...

I am completely satisfied with the power in my truck because noone really thinks it has much power, the only one that has seen it run is my little brother because I can beat him in his acura. In a sports car you can never get enough

I bought my car with a lid, catback, and pulley on it. Before the car was even on the road I already ordered headers . After a couple months I ordered my first n2o kit. It'll never end, I'll always want a little more Now after only putting a little over 1000 miles on it last summer I've got her all ripped apart putting my new cam along with a bunch of other goodies in.

+1... I agree! Every time I put her down for a few months and get her up and running again it shocks me for a couple days how powerful she is then a few more days go by and I barely notice it then afterwards.

I already had my current mods on my car after a week of owning it.
