I bought my car when i was 17 and I was only working part time so after i payed for the car i didn't have hardly any money to do mods. So it stayed stock for prob a year. Not counting the free mods i did the same week i bought it ..

After i graduated the **** hit the roof.. First I ordered a lid and K&N. Then came the SLP LT's and true dual exhaust. Then I added a 100 shot to her. This was all in a months time.. It stayed like that for prob a month at the longest. Then came the MS4 cam and all supporting mods. Left it at that for i dunno how long, but then on Nov 2 i spun a rod bearing .. Bc of lack of oil bc I never had my car tuned .. ( Fuel was washing down cylinder walls and sending oil out the exhaust).

So now the real building begins ..
Wiseco forged pistons, Scat H beams, Clevite bearings, Ported oil pump, LS2 chain, Polished crank, Underdrive pulley, Blueprinted block, balanced rotating assembly, bored to a 3.905 (347), LS6 intake, Patriot LS6 heads, Progressive controller, FPSS, Timing tuner, Dynotune lean cutoff switch, 250 shot ...

Thats about it .

I already knew what my first round of mods were gonna be before I had even bought or driven the car.

Having a 2nd car as your daily driver really helps. My other car is slow as *****, so when I take the Camaro out it feels good. But im still used to the power and have a strong itch for more. One person that I took for a "fun" ride last week said im crazy and that I could kill myself. LOL

I bought the car new in '02.
Just about the only thing I have replaced on it is the tires. I did put on 35th anv. wheels. It still has the original battery and wiper blades.

I have a 7 year/50k warranty that will be up in '09.
Time for a new Camaro then? Could be.

I don't drive it daily. But it's the quickest new car I ever bought stock and I'm not a *****. I really like to leave stop lights in a hurry just for the acceleration and almost messed up today, but I saw the black and white out of the corner of my eye in time. whew.
My daily driver is my old '56 Chevy and it's pretty quick too actually.

i started probably 3 months after i got the car, just small bolt on stuff at first.

now 2 years later i have a textralia, Ported 241's, a 228r and some other misc stuff sitting in the garage waiting for my shoulder to heal up so i can start putting it all together. hopefully before spring

I think I decided my first LSX car needed more power about 2 weeks before I put a ProCharger on it.

I've had mine just over a year now and have spent almost $6000 trying to get it just to be driveable. It has had so many issues with the auto trans I finally broke down and swapped an M6 in there. Now the real mods begin, other than my sig.
