LSx Less..... wrecked truck pics Loaned my truck to my Dad so he and my mom could go to dinner and some girl in a Grand Am ended up pulling out in front of them doing about 65. T-boned the Grand Am and totaled my truck out. Sigh* Guess I'm not an LSx owner anymore.

Damn that sucks man. Sorry to hear about your unfortunate situation. Now just use your money from insurance to go into another lsx project. These engines are a great platform to build on. I have a ls2 engine in my 01 formula that I picked up for only $2500 complete. It was out of an 05 goat that had taken it out to have his custom built, forged engine for boost. Look around there are great deals out there man. Don't get discouraged.

I actually gave the insurance money to my parents ($7500) because I felt bad after seeing them both in the hospital. I plan on getting a LSx but it'll be for the wife. She wants a T/A (don't see it being practical for her) so realisticly we're looking for a GTO or Pontiac G8.

I only got $7500 for the truck. The lawsuit itself is still on-going. When my parents settle up for their injuries they'll probably reimburse me the money for my truck. Personally I like the GTO but the G8 runs 13's stock and it is a lot more pratical considering we have a 2yr old son.
