low milage not always good
I got my T/A with only 27K (29k now), but I changed my brakes and my front passenger caliper is sticking . So now I have to rebuild it, and I guess it is due to not being drivin much . Also my shocks make a sound when they compress (sounds like a old wooden floor). How can I fix that, grease it? I still love my car though

It's probably not your shocks, but something else in your suspension is squeaking. Spray all of your end links with white lithium grease and it should take care of it...for a while...

My rotors were warped when I bought the car with 19,000 miles. The factory rotors were crap to start with. The noise is probably the lower control arm bushings squeaking. Try to get some grease around them.

Well before i went to the store, I check the slide pins and sure enough it is the one on top. I'm still trying to get it out. When I took the boot off a lil bit of rust came out. So hopefully I will be able to get it out and grease it up.

Ok so hear is what happened. The side pin was rusted into the caliper bracket, so I had to get it out ( only GM and a junkyard to get new bracket). So I removed the caliper bracket and clamped it to my work bench and started to heat it up with a torch. The I sprayed some PB bolt loosener on it and had vicegrips on it trying to breack it loose ( went back and forth). Then I repeated my steps 2 more times and it broke free . So I looked at it and had to use the wire wheel on it, because of rust and some pitting. Then was able to grease it back up and works great now

Low mileage wasn't your problem. It was the prior owner. I can assure you that if you bought my 12,000 mile T/A there would be NO issues, and I am sure I can speak for many of the other low mileage owners out there as well.
