Found this on ebay...i wanna hurt the guy who took it apart b/c that engine is RARE


Can barely believe they built this thing before the LT1

those things are so cool. that was the zr1 engine for the c4s right?

yup
405 hp the last 4 years of its production from 92-95
375 in 91

overall badass and made the car stand out

Considering that mercury marine built the engine.. Really not related to the LSX's

It just had lotus designed DOHC heads.

IIRC Lotus helped design it, and Mercury Marine actually built it.

from what i recall the design was a GM/Lotus design built by Mercury Marine. Lotus did the heads.
