Default Used Ls2 corvette or 2010 camaro?

I have been debating on which I should buy? I like how the ls2 has great potential, especially with the l92/l76 package to make great power with lesser money than going another route. Also its a corvette that is light weight and handles awsome but should I wait for the camaro to come out because it has an Ls3 which is a monster of a motor and responds to mods very well but the car weighs almost two tons, which sucks. I think the prices will be about the same. I would want to make the camaro a heads and cam also.

Like you said, these are two different cars. What is your planned use? A weekend car, a daily driver? Things like that will probably be the deciding factors.

Be smart and pick up the Vette. You won't be sorry. The new Camaro is nice but, you'll turn just as many heads and be faster out of the box!

The camaro will have the WOW factor, if you are one of the first to get one in your town, but that will soon die out. I say get the vette, they are somewhat timeless.

I would go with the Vette if you know the history of it and there's nothing wrong with it. Do you have one in mind? How many miles are we looking at?

It's usually the other way around.
I'm say get the Camaro, but I'm a bit biased.

Only reason I would buy the new camaro over a vette is to prove its performance and push the aftermarket. We kinda already know what this car is going to do though and the aftermarket is already there performance wise, so I'm leaning towards vette

It really depends.. for a sportier car i would say vette.. for a more practical car i would say camaro.. then theirs the time factor.. unless ur willing to pay about 5-10k over sticker your not going to get one in until later 2010 camaro that is

C6 for sure. 460-500rwhp with 3300lbs or 460-500rwhp with 3900lbs. The Camaro is awesome no doubt but not so much when compared to a C6. My .02 anyway.

Camaro for sure. I would buy new just cause if some thing breaks it has a warranty, on the other side if the vette was mis treated you are SOL. Plus the new Camaro is a lot cooler looking than a vette by far.

The camaro is cool until you see it from the back Hate the *** end of it! Plus when they do come out...we will prob. see 15-20 a day on the road, like the newer stangs. So i say go for the C6

Vette without a doubt.. Will most likely hold resale better, better looking, and imo one of the most timeless car ever built.
