Save your money and leave the bodykit on, It looks great. Spend that extra cash you have on some nice rims and get the mirrors painted body color. Just my 2 cents though.

That's more than I payed for my 01 Z. I wouldn't do it. Especially since you DON'T want all the body extensions and whatnot. I'd rather have an LT1 in nice condition, for still less, than buy this one. Just my 2 cents.

want to know whats wierd...I called them last friday about the car and they said it was sold..maybe something fishy going on..maybe there just trying to get you down to their dealership..

hell im not too far from you ill sell ya mine for 8. mods in sig. its a z28 ss clone. just swapped to a 6 speed. new clutch. motor was just built has less then 10 miles other then break in. same goes for the trans. PM if interested.

Although I dont agree with you on the whole rather have an LT1, I do agree about the body kit. I almost bought an SS with the body kit. I thought about all the holes that would be left if (when) I removed it, & actually the black, ugly powdercoated C5 wheels was the absolute deal breaker. I had to have an SS so bought a different one without a body kit & the chrome ZR1s.

Haha well basically my point was. For that price you could by an LT1 Camaro and mod the hell out of it. There's a guy who has 96 Firebird with 1200 miles down the street from me. It's sick and has always, ALWAYS been in a garage. My dad asked how much he wanted he said $9k. I'd rather pay the extra thousand for that than this car.
