Default Best mod for under $10...

I have always felt awkward driving my TA. Something nagged me deep down inside and I couldn't wrap my fingers around it. After reading some threads I got a suspicion of what the problem might be. I have large hands and the stock steering wheel is thin and slippery. I stopped at Wallyworld and found a slipover wheel cover and figured what the heck-I'll try it. Well after wrestling it over the stock wheel I drove the car home. I could feel the difference right away. The wheel just felt more comfortable. If you have large hands this is a must do mod

Personally, I would recommend air fresheners for most people, But I guess some people just have abnormally large hands!! You know what that means() Big Gloves!!

Yeah, I have one too. I generally don't like these covers, but I found a nice simple dark charcoal one that fits nicely over the ridiculously skinny stock wheel. Made abig difference, it definitely improved the feel of the wheel.

Why is it that my 97 Grand Cherokee has a nice, beefy wheel, while F-Bodies have one that could have come out of grandma's Olds?

Yep. I went to Walmart and got my a nice leather steering wheel cover to cover up a crack in the wheel that I had. I love the feel of it, and it made my car smell new for a few weeks haha..

I had one of those wheel covers for about 1 yrs on clearance for $4.00. I took it off after it started to come apart. I like no cover.

I think if they're black then it is probably more like 40rwhp! I haven't seen a blue one dyno'ed but I've heard they're the best hp-wise.
