Default Weird "pulse?"

Ok when ever I make a right turn and give it moderate throttle I get a pulse coming from the back of my car, it feels like my drivers side, im about 95% positive its that side. If the wheel is turned right more than 25 degrees it does it, not only in a turn. Could it be a rear wheel bearing(if we even have those) or axle bearing, could something in my rear be going out maybe my posi it only does it going right though not left. Before I take it anywhere I figured Id ask you guys. If its something to big for me looks like im headed back to EFI alchemy. By the way it is the Stock 10bolt nothing done.

Thanks Again
Jim

i believe we have a hub and wheel bearing assembly, ie it's one piece, is it making any noise or it's just a pulse? could you further explain pulse?

Most likely a unbalanced tire. . .Well, at least that is what it sounds like.

being that is is only happening when turning, i would suggest looking at your control arm bushings and checking your rear, possible bent axle, axle bearing and/or bad posi- unit.

Ok how can I check all that my self, I dont think its a bent rim cause it just started and I havnt change anything with my wheels. Im thinking something with my rear I guess I can get it up and see if there is excesive front to back movement in the tire then and check if its my wheels bearing. How do I check for a bent axle?

Ok not a pulse that is a bad description. Maybe like a rubbing but my tire isnt rubbing, a grinding but the car shakes when it happends, makes me think its my axle.

so it is a grinding issue then i would suggest looking at your axles, differential gears and go from there mine has a sound like a finger rubbing on cristal when i turn and or brake i'm sure it's my hub wheel bearing assembly just don't have the money to fix right now... good luck hope you get it pin-pointed... posting up some driving habbits might help ie burnouts, clutch dumps at high rpms those sort of things what's the mileage on your car?

I do do burnouts, I drive kinda hard on it, the car has right around 115k miles. Might be time to get save up alittle more for a 9inch!

probably one of your axles got screwed up possibly bent or the gears in your differential started clashing with the impacts to them

if you don't know what to look for then a shop would be a good idea, before then check your bushings on your sway bar and lca's in the back
