Default Car will crank but not turn over

My car has had a slight hesitation for a bit. Today I was driving in to school and the car started to cut out at anything above 15-20% throttle. I would step on it and it'd be as if I pushed the clutch in. I made it to school, but when I was leaving the car wouldn't start. It would crank but it wouldn't turn over. Fuel pressure gauge read around 40 or so. It's a new Walbro 255 with fewer than 1000 miles. Any ideas?

Who installed the pump? Might have a pinched line inside the tank that happens a lot.
40 is low for a 255

I managed to start it but I have to keep giving it gas or else it shuts off. Pressure starts off real low.. like 15 or so, then I crank and it builds up. Once it fires it goes to 58-60, then I have to give it gas to keep it running.

sounds like a pump issue or FPR issue could also be clogged injectors or filter

FPR=fuel pump related?

I'm thinking the fuel hose came off. I'm gonna try swapping the filter tomorrow. I'm hoping it's that, but I doubt it. Time to cut an access door.. I'm not dropping the tank again.. especially with 14-15 gallons in it.

FPR=fuel pressure regulator. have the access door cut on mine because i didnt feel like cutting up my welded exhaust and dropping the tank

access door=10 min fuel pump swap

i don't think it would be the fuel pump or it would get worse when you give it gas and you said you can keep it running .. i'd say a sensor or a vacuum leak..
