It sounds like maybe you have a cracked line of some sort. Maybe an AC line. It makes sense because when you get on the gas a little it spins the AC compressor making a little more pressure in the lines. Has your AC got a little less cold? Thats about the only thing that I can think of.

Im thinking either ac line or vacum leak at the blend door. If its ac youll know real soon it wont leak for very long.

You heat A/c mode select switch might have broke.

It uses vacuum to control duct selections.

No that will have no effect, it sounds like the switch.
You are still under warranty.
W/defroster on the A/C will run.

maby its your mastercylinder going... do you here the hissing when your at idel with your foot off the break or does it seem like the hissing starts when you put your foot on the break? if not it may be vacume lines... it kinda doesent make senc though vacume will increase as rpm increases... weard.. mastercylinder is the only thing i can think of that no one has already suggested.

Where does this noise sound like it coming from??
Inside the car, or in the trans.
If it only makes a noise in a certain gear that would suggest a possible trans problem.
You need to be extremely descriptive in the symptoms to get any advice worth a crap.
What exactly is it doing & where does the noise emanate from?

I think this should be required for anybody trying to get an answer about a problem

okay ones again the noise can be heared where the stereo is located at not a the shift **** or anything like that it comes from inside the air ducts where the stereo is located at now it does a hissing & rattleing sound when it jumps into second gear after that it stops from hissing & rattleing and like i said before this hissing can also be heared from the backwall of the motor when its idle and u floor it but not as much as u can hear it from inside when it kicks into second gear>>
