Welcome! I also need to say; do not use water to clean the blades. The dust will just turn to mud and you'll play pure hell getting that crap out. Use an old dry toothbrush to get out the majority and then q-tips to finish it off. Not easy but thats the best I could do with what I had.

Far passenger side, under the dash (starting from floor board side). I actually had to recline my seat and lay in it upside down to get to it LOL

Its located underneath the glove box, pretty much where the passenger would have their right foot located. I had to take out the kick pannel to get the last bolt.
Just remove that cover underneath glove box, then you'll see a round looking thing held in by 3 bolts. Remove those bolts, and unplug it, clean it. Plug it back in and see if it runs.
