Default All four headlights are dimly lit with low beams on...

Like the title says, why would all four of my headlights light up dimly with the low beams on and then when the high beams are on only the far right passenger light illuminates?

Check for corrosion in the harness. I mention it in my sticky.

Mine did that and it was the two ground straps on each side of the air lid box.

Fixed it! There was corrosion on the driver side light harness (had to remove the bezel and bulb to access the harness), cleaned it up and it worked!

My harness was attached near the headlight motor in case someone reading this can't find theirs, had to remove the blue clip and pull back on the clip of the connector with my thumb while pulling the harness to get it to separate.
