Get tubular lower control arms and the relocation brackets. Cheap and easy

Tie rod ends. My Formula would damn near go sideways with a WOT 1-2 shift. Replaced the tie rod ends, got an alignment, and now it goes true all the time.

Turn INTO the swing and keep going. Just check for loose parts in the rear. Sounds kinda normal to me.

This^^

As others have stated check the bushings in the panhard and LCA's. If one or more of the bushings are wore out it will cause slop in the lateral movement in the back of the car.
