Could it be a broken/weak body weld around the rear trailing arm mounts? Perhaps the body flexing is causing the noise. I helped work on an 05 GTO years ago that had a broken weld and it caused odd noises under normal driving conditions. It's just a thought...

Pull the axles, check for wear along the part it rides the bearings. On my 10 bolt before it went, I had for months a "noise" of a slight squeek/rattle on some bumps. Poly setup tended to transfer the noise into the cabin well.

I was thinking that the shocks may be falling apart. :Z With the age on them, they probably aren't long for this world. Odds are that it isn't your main problem, but you may check them to make sure they are still solid and the internal seals aren't shot. They look very clean, though!

DING, DING, DING...WE HAVE A WINNER !!
1 FMF was correct (Hey 1 FMF send me your paypal). It was those blasted brand new Del-Sphere Pivot Joint/Poly LCA's
I installed the stockers and rattle is 95% gone! The torsen posi is still bumping on the 2-3 shift, downshift, and cam surge 4th gear decal. But the drive down my gravel drive is stone quiet (Happy, Happy, Happy). Couldn't find any slack in the LCA's unless it is the mounting bolt itself which isn't a perfect tight fit. My apologies/thanks to BMR for all their help

Now my wheels are not centered in fenderwell (lowered and LCA relocation brackets). Do I dare try some poly/poly adjustables to center wheels? Should I try to find a tight fitting bolt for the Spohn LCA's I have? How good are the stockers for traction if I have them on the relocation brackets?
Thanks again guys.
