I have had the window/radio issue for a while.Recently the lights staying on while driving and after I shut the car off for a little bit.All in all if I get a new one bcm will it just have to be installed and your good to go.I have heard with the used ones you need new keys made and ignition switches id rather cut around the bs.

Brand new BCM is plug and play. It will remember the first VATS key resistance it encounters.

Before you replace the BCM, don't forget to read thishttps://ls1tech.com/forums/general-m...blems-fix.html for the possible cure to your BCM woes.

Yes AS LONG AS you get the right one. There are a few different models IIRC that encompass auto door locks / power windows vs cars that didn't have those features.
