1997 ws6 won't start

1997 ws6 won't start has spark will fire with starting fluid but dies because no fuel from injectors ,checked fuel pressure at rail only 10lbs so changed pump 3 times,changed fuel pressure regulator ,changed fuel filter still low pressure at rail only about 10 lbs.Pulled line off at rail and put a external pump and gas can check pressure only 15lbs any idea what the problem could be? the car shows no codes or pending codes with reader

Check the in-tank sock filter for clogging or collapse. Also, your new pumps might be bad if they're cheap remanufactured units. The most likely culprit is a severely clogged fuel filter or a pinched/kinked fuel line between the tank and the engine.

fuel lines are clear and the fuel sock is new and along with the sending unit and pump,i'm going to order noid test lights for the injectors so i can test them, i;m begins to think the bcm may be flaky
You sure your fuel pressure guage is right?
Even with a fuel line blockage it would still build pressure with the engine not running, but it would drop pressure when a high flow is demanded like wide open throttle.
