Interior Squeak
I am sorry but I am about to go nuts if I can't find out what is squeaking inside of my T/A. It is on the driver's side in the rear of the car but not sure exactly where to look. I have tried shaking everying, putting the seat down, ect. Nothing at all seems to make it stop. Anybody know of anything to try??

I had a squeak coming from inside the car behind the drivers seat. I took black electrical tape and wrapped it around the release mechanism that makes the rear seat fall forward. I also found that my spare tire was squeeking a little bit. I wrapped it in some foam and it helped solve the problem. Hope this helps you.

I drove around with the rear seats folded down and the sqeak seemed to be louder. I am not exactly sure if that sqeak could be under the car though. It seemed like I could hear it outside the car today in a parking garage but who knows. It sounded like inside and out.

Check the rear sway bar bushings. If that is the problem, remove and lub with a little silicone grease! May need to replace them. Is the noise problem more noticible on a cold or cool day? If so, most likely your problem.

Checked everything that I could think of earlier. I did the spare tire, jack, and sprayed each bushing on the rear of the car with silicon spray. The sound is very much still there and is definitely on the driver's side.

Took basically every panel off on the driver's side today and drove around a little bit. The squeak is STILL there and DEFINITELY on the driver's side but I can't find out what is the culprit. I may have to show someone in the backseat and have them help me find it while driving.

I had a squeak like that and it was the drivers side shock absorber, I sprayed some WD-40 at the top from under the car and it went away. It squeaked every time I hit a bump in the road.
Good luck.
Good luck.

This probably sounds weird but I had the same noise and I figured out it was the caliper. I took the tire off and pushed the whole caliper back and forth and I could here the noise. I tightened the bolts that hold it on and I don't have the noise anymore. The bolt wasn't loose or anything but this caused there to be this squeking noise. I don't know if this is your problem but give it a shot.
