Default HELP!!! Car is struggling

Well, the car is choking bogging when starting up. It just started this 2 days ago. I put headers on last weekend and it was fine and now this. I can't think of what it is. Possibly a bad 02 sensor itself? I crawled under the car today and the wire looks fine on all the 02 wirings.
Any other ideas of what it might be?
What does the car do when the spark plugs are bad or even the spark plug wires???

Here is what the car is doing...

Start up it shoots to 2.5k and slowly lowers then drops to about 500k where it sputters to stay alive. When I give it gas to go it is very hesitant and boggy. The car chops when it goes but once its in the upper rpms I don't notice anything. The exhaust tone itself is very strange. Not smooth and deep like normal but very rapsy and gurgly (like its choking on fuel).
I can't think of anything? I'm taking it to autozone tomorrow to have the diagnostics checked.
I hope its nothing major...maybe just bad 02 sensors or plugs/wires (plugs and wires are brand new, went on with headers).
Thanks for all the help guys.

A couple burnt/defective plugs could do that. It could be as simple as a dirty fuel filter. Do you have a SES light? How is your IAT sensor?

mine was doing that yesterday, come to find out the zip tie broke that was holding the wires for the driver side o2 sensor and the wire was scraping on the ground.

The CEL is on. I have no idea what a SES light is or what an IAT sensor is

SES = Service Engine Soon aka CEL

IAT is intake air temp sensor

Run down to autozone and they can scan the codes for you

Sounds like an o2 sensor problem if you have the "CEL" light on

I took the car to autozone yesterday and it threw 4 codes...

P0121 - TPS/Pedal Position
P0154 - O2 Sensor
P0300 - Random/Mutiple Cylinder Misfire
P0412 - Secondary Air Injection System

I have no idea what would cause these codes. I tried replacing the TPS in the parking lot and it didn't fix the problem. Hopefully it may be just a blown Engine Sensor Fuse?

Did you double check everything was on tight like the spark plug wire's and you should pull the o2 out and chang the or make sure they are in all the way.
