Misfire All of a sudden car running like s--- Put it on a scanner comes up misfire #1 cylinder LT,k$n,whisper lid,. 160 power program. Don't know what is causing the miss fire any sugs would be great.

I checked the plug, wire, coil pak. It seems to clear out after a little bit. Mainly at start up misfires a couple minutes then runs great. Vacume seems to be a bit low 10.7, but not sure what is normal.

I had.....eh hem, have the same problem with mine. Replaced plugs with NGK TR55s gapped at .055, MSD wires and problem still exsists...but intermittently. Is there a good "test" for the coil pack? Also, Autozone carries Wells CPs for 35 bucks. Are these any good?

I took mine to a local dealership talk with the service manager he looked at it with the missfire in the #1cylinder he pulled and pushed on my injector plug said they expand and contract with heat and cool it seemed to of worked he said if you power wash your engine it could get corrodid

I had the same problem about a week ago. turned out one of my wires had come loose and wasnt connecting with the spark plug. I also had a buddy who had the same problem. His turned out to be a faulty spark plug. I say replace plugs and wires and see if that solves the problem.
