I checked over the car and couldnt get the damn thing to duplicate the sound it was making in town! anyway im thinking it is a clutch problem on my car because it does it when i am at a stoplight, in gear with the clutch pushed in. I was by myself therefore i couldnt simotaniously be in the car to clutch it, and be under the car to listen where the noise is coming from. also noticed the bottom end of my motor making noises its funny to let out of the clutch with the car on stands and the traction control on too .

Mine started doing that and it's gotten a bit worse over time. At first it only did it in gear with the a/c on while stopped at a light. Now it does it even without the a/c on.

I had my wife sit in the car with the engine running and a/c on and put it in gear. I had suspected it was in the rear of the vehicle, but it wound up under the tranny.

The y-pipe and intermediate pipe were vibrating, causing a rattling noise. It didn't touch anything, just made its own noise. I'm going to put an exhaust hanger of some type on it in the spring to hold it still and make it quite bothering me...
